This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God (2 Corinthians 9:12).
The ministries of the Ladies Society include:
Altar Circle
The ladies take care of the altar, paraments, flowers, and baptismal napkins.
The Altar Circle meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.,
September through April.
Christian Welfare Circle
The ladies of the Christian Welfare Circle assist the Federation of Lutheran Women with nursing home bingo, they visit our shut-in members, and send Christmas gifts to servicemen and women. These ladies meet the fourth Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at the church, September through April.
Mission Circle
The ladies of the Mission Circle distribute the L.W.M.L Woman's Quarterly and collect mites four times each year. They send newsletters and bulletins to our shut-in members, clean and prepare the candles for Christmas candlelight services, and clean and repair church hymnals. They meet the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the church, September through April.
Morning Bible Study
This group of ladies meets every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. at the church during the school year. Babysitting is provided.
Quilting Circle
The Quilting Circle meets every Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
except during the summer months.
Lutheran World Relief Quilters
The ladies of LWR Quilters make knotted quilts for Lutheran World Relief and Seminary students. They meet at 9:00 a.m. the second Monday of each month, October through December, and the second and fourth Monday,
January through April.
